Due to the nature of perishable, handmade dog treats, all sales are final.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on food products for safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production or shipping.

  • Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Policy – Dog Accessories

At Rick Allen Acres, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade dog accessories. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, our return policy for accessories is outlined below.

1. Eligible Items

Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and unwashed dog accessories, including:

  • Homemade dog bandanas

  • Dog toys

Items must be in original condition and free from pet hair, odors, or damage.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Items damaged by pets

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or sale items

4. How to Request a Return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
