At Rick Allen Acres Barkery, we’re dedicated to providing top-quality treats and products to make your dog’s life as joyful and healthy as possible! If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction (and your dog’s happiness) is our top priority! If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our treats upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Item that aren’t dog treats please contact us within 5 days. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s through a replacement or a refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take extra care in preparing and packaging our products, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

  • Report Within 3 Days: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, reach out to us within 3 days.
  • Photo Documentation: We may ask for a photo of the damaged package or incorrect item so we can process your request quickly.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to make things right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable items, such as dog treats. However, we want you and your pup to be happy with every order! If you’re unsatisfied with any part of your experience, please let us know and we’ll work to make it right.

4. Non-Perishable Products

Items like bandanas, 3D printed nightlights, and other non-food products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns for non-perishable items must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

5. Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or color of an item, we’re happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.

  • Contact Us: Let us know what you’d like to exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Manufacturing Defects: bandanas, 3D printed nightlights with manufacturing issues, we’ll gladly replace the item.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank.

If you’re a first-time customer or a returning loyalty member, please let us know if you’re ever unsatisfied. We may be able to offer store credit or discounts to ensure you and your dog have a positive experience with us.

    Unfortunately, for health reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or partially used treats. However, if there was an issue with quality, let us know—we’re here to help!

  • What should I do if my dog didn’t like the taste of a treat?
    Every dog has unique tastes! While we can’t offer a refund for taste preferences, we’ll be glad to recommend alternative flavors or products.
